About
The New England Chapter (NEC) of the Family Firm Institute was formed in 1994 by a group of professionals who wanted to network, share experiences and explore critical issues in the family enterprise field. The result is a forum to learn from each other, to provide educational opportunities on a local level and get to know other family business advisors in the New England region.
The NEC now boasts the largest membership of any chapter in FFI. Its members represent all consultant and advisory groups who work with family businesses. The local meetings, held on a quarterly basis, are attended by more than 100 professionals. Members are involved in FFI at both the local and national levels, making the NEC a diverse and vigorous organization.
